Gives a systematic and transparent way for coaches to interact with their trainees. Motivates trainees and keeps track of their training plan, progress and feedback from the coach.
Coach can give feedback (comments, video, pics) and training plan for the trainee.
Trainee sees the training plan prepared by the coach. Trainee can see the feedback and come back to it also later. Then all the tips from the coach are stored in the app for later analyse. With the app trainees can monitor their progress and see the results from the systematic development of their skills.
